Recrute - Administrative Assistant in the Strategy Department, Director General's Services, DG-5S (Senior Security Coordinator)
Under the direct responsibility of the Senior Security Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing direct clerical and administrative support, and in particular:

- providing direct secretarial support to the Senior Security Coordinator (managing emails, calendar, travel arrangements and MAS business travel requests, internal and external correspondence, creating and maintaining records and files, handling phone calls);
- assisting with the organisation and follow-up of meetings, conferences and seminars organised by DG-5S;
- collecting documents, files, general and background information and briefing notes for those meetings and seminars, and ensuring the necessary follow-up actions are carried out, as requested;
- updating and maintaining the DG-5S contact database;
- Compiling the Senior Security Coordinator's weekly report for H/DG5.
- supporting the DG-5S team, as directed by the Senior Security Coordinator;
- coordinating the DG-5S secretariat together with the other administrative support colleagues within the Department;
- assuming other tasks on an ad hoc basis as directed by the Senior Security Coordinator subject to your area of responsibility.

Technical competencies
State-of-the-art knowledge in the area of responsibility at the required level
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
Ability to draft clear correspondence in French and in English
